Fasting never hurts
Unless we are sick or
We are in a longer trip
To a certain place
Here or there,
Ramadan's merits are endless
As we do remember
What it lets in ourselves
For ever and ever,
Only those who normally fast
Know their benefits well,
We learn from Ramadan
A lot of pretty lesson
And I can mention
Patience and forgiveness,
Although we abstain from
A lot of pretty foods and
A lot of pretty drinks, but
We find happiness and
We feel pleased by performing
Ramadan's days and nights,
Although the pretty month
Is short-lived, but
We feel it everlasting
In ourselves and
Even in our souls
For ever and ever.
