Rama Meadows
Green trees standing ecstatic in the romantic greenery,
So what if the silken grass is naughty in the sexy scenery!
Green silk kissing their feet and planning a further naught,
Believe me, being a poet I can read their teen aged thought,
I am sure soon the grass will start crawling on the trunk,
Let the clouds come and rain and make them drunk.
Meanwhile sun is busy with its mighty flash light,
See many virgins smiling in dreams of the wedding night,
This is a place where nature stripes and through the windows
A naughty poet is watching, writing a poem on the Rama Meadows.
Just a little ahead of Rama Village, which is 11 kilometres from Astore, (Pakistan) is a beautiful and serene plain called Rama Meadow.
If you ever happen to find yourself in plain, ice-cold and milk-white water flowing in streams, sheep and cows grazing in peace, pine trees, Chongra's ice-covered peak in background, and Nanga Parbat's southern ridge is in view, then you are probably in Rama Meadow.)
Must be a very romantic meadow as it resulted in such a romantic poem.
