Raise A Glass Poem by Jayne Louise Davies

Raise A Glass

Rating: 5.0

A kiss beneath the mistletoe,
Those carols fill the air,
The joy of christmas presents,
Wrapped up with special care.

A walk through winter snow so white,
As robin sings a song,
Bring on the days festivities,
For Christmas won't be long.

I'll raise a glass for loved one's,
Who are no longer here,
It's never the same without them,
But i know they're close somewhere.
