Reality Poem by Jayne Louise Davies

Reality

Rating: 5.0

Dying embers, glow fading fast,
Love once vibrant, not destined to last,
Tattered gown, ripped well worn,
Shattered heart, broken and torn.

Fresh planted cuttings, ravaged by frost,
Searching, seeking for love now lost,
Memories, dreams, now well in the past,
Love we had, not destined to last.

Sad love.... sorrowful ending. Liked this beautiful imaginative composition. Top score.
