Rains Poem by Nalini Jyotsana Chaturvedi

Rains

Rating: 4.5

The rains
Have made
all the change
Crystal clear view
Of natures changing hues
That which was barren and sterile
Is now the very seat of life
Various shades of green
Nature celebrates
Trying to heal
After a long spell of heat

No more desert terrain in view
Where did all the sand dunes go
Maybe they turned inside out
A green canopy,
where little seeds sprout
