Poetic prose or prosaic poetry:
Which do you think is worse?
Poetic prose, of course.
It is mere pretense,
And seldom makes sense.
It lacks pattern, while sometimes
It may find contorted rhymes.
Like 'poetry' and 'geometry'.
2/5. I like the wit of some versifiers like Lewis Carroll, Ogden Nash, Dorothy Parker. Not so easy to imitate, impossible to emulate.
This poem has not been translated into any other language yet.
I would like to translate this poem
