Precious Friend Poem by Steve Hancock

Precious Friend

Rating: 5.0

Rainbow touched butterflies
A sun kissed saffron rose
The ritual dance of snowflakes
The autumn leafy blows

A diamond splintered midnight
A path of silver moon
Nostalgia through the memoirs
Revived in some old tune

These are things of beauty
Essential to the end
They furnish my life with meaning
Oh and you my precious friend
