Power And Ideological Purity
Adversity builds character
Goes the old adage
but the divine political lips
are singing the paeans and anthems
of their own fun and joy
awareness is their anathema
want no compromise, in their world views
'two eyes for an eye'', is their motto
ideological purity, just don't budge an inch
the aftermath: stagflation, havoc and redemption!
