Posed Ego Poem by Marika Kartozia

Posed Ego

Rating: 5.0

Exploring myself in the mirror, look is odd
Ivory skin and big eyes are like plastic doll
Feel like bottomless, unfathomable sea, o Lord
People are like seagulls, resting on my shores
Dazzling masks playing roles without remorse
Whirlpools of tantalizing feelings rarely evokes
Reverberate trembling unsureness, trying ignore
Embellishing lies, disguised words inhaling storms
Extricating dullness, diabolical power still revolves
Swallowing me with huge arms, painful moan
Act like having a high fever, fade dreams soar
Torrential rain of abhorrent antics start to flow
And I lough, inventing dramas which lulls my ego
Born huntress, chasing effaced impetus of the world
Bizarre evenness of wishes restlessly start to roll
life is somber, static perfection is horrible ghost
Exploring myself in the mirror, look is still posed
