I had this feeling before
Seems it's coming back for more
Sense of being jailed
In the present so illed
NOthing I could understand
Nothing I have in mind
Sense of contentment,
Or is it numb disappointment?
NOt sure of this feeling
Commemorate of the past healing
I've recalled that the only antidote is...
BREATHING.
