Poet, Poem

Rating: 5.0

A house
beside a shady tree
and tarred road
heaped up stones
three poles and plastic roof
walled with torn sacks

A gaze
as if in trance
a gleam
in the eyes
a smile between parting lips
not at all at the far away mansions
the indweller

An ever- flowering tree
grew out of nowhere
a poet, a poem

A fascinating glimpse of what you are seeing from your own personal window on the world. Keep up the good work. Kind regards, Sandra

This is stunning Raveendran! Bold images rich with experience. Evocative, richly rewarding penning. I agree with Max. The last lines are superb. love, Allie ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥

I love those last lines, which you set up well with your earlier, descriptive stanzas.
