I haven't seen the sunshine
Since I don't when
But I just cannot wait
For the sun to shine again

I'm tired of all the rain
The dark grey clouds
All the thunder and lightening
It's all so very loud

Please bring back the sunshine
Give us a nice spring day
After all if you look at the calendar
You'll see it's the month of May

We had a real harsh winter
We were so looking forward to spring
Now that it's finally here
We've had no reason to sing

The sun is still not shining
The temperature is still cold
Please give us some sun shine
Something warn we can hold
