Play Poetry Poem by Pearl Walden

Play Poetry

White cloud puff will-o-the-wisps
Boomerang geese honking up high
Pink grapefruit sunsets blushing
Over sleeping fields of sneezy grass
Silver cloaked in moonlit mystery
Dreams bloom and wilt nightly
Watered by the hot tears of slumber
Dried by birdsong at dawn
The sparkle of dew in the sunlight
Potted plant pink petals pouting
The meeting of eyes on the road
Strangers' smiles softening
Cheerful chit chat chiffchaffs
Water into wine, lead into gold

Stranger's smiles softening.....excellent! ! ! With the turn of seasons into sunshine days, people should pause, more often, offering sunshine of their own. Every heart could use the warmth. Well done. PEACE
