Perception Of Religion Poem by Anterrio Graham

Perception Of Religion

Rating: 4.0

They say I'm living the life of a Christian.
Although Christianity is a Religion,
And last I checked I was tryin to make a decision.
Would I be living for God and estabishing his vision?
Still, I seek more from him as a Christian.

What I really is want a relationship,
And not just a simple church here and church there.
What I really need is the Love that only He can share.
I'm not trying to say the Church isn't great,
But people are just living for the Church, which is why they think we're fake.

See me, I'm moving beyond the church and religion.
I'm trying to share His love with others; a Heart Transition
I made my choice to stop being fake and half-hearted,
And the proof is in the coffin, because the old me has departed.
This is why I believe in Relationship is greater than Religion
