Patch Of Grey Poem by Nalini Jyotsana Chaturvedi

Patch Of Grey

That excruciating
Pain that hurts
Turmoil within
That aches
The trail of
Lifeless virtues
That follows
The Holy grail

I have held
I have walked
To lonely nights
I have talked
To all my tears
Once again
I have lost

My battle burns
The scars
I have earned
From where
I am
No paths return

Into the dusk
I'll melt away
A formless blob
A patch of grey

I have held I have walked To lonely nights I have talked To all my tears Once again I have lost my favourite lines within this poem, all leading onward to the personal battle burns, scares earned, ultimately leading into dusk, melting away into the formless blob, a patch of grey, the pain of insufferable loneliness, the excruciating pain which haunts in unbearable turmoil, the shadows of melancholy which chokes the life force within our souls, if we do not open a door into bliss beauty light 10***
