Past Reloaded Poem by Nalini Jyotsana Chaturvedi

Past Reloaded

Rating: 5.0

I am now homeward bound
Back to where I sprouted
From the ground
I will turn in to a seed
Sleep so sound in the deep

Traveling backwards
I have no fear
It's a known path
With some weeds to clear

Slowly in the dusk
I will melt away
Quietly in the past
I'll find my way to stray

People's memories are too short
In no time I too would be forgot
No one to disturb me
Nobody distraught
