Parents Poem by Nicholas Hrynchuk

Parents

When they watch you,
From the stands or field,
Just watching what you do,
But they only complain

They yell and shout,
You stand and listen,
They think you pout,
And you curse them out

They go to your games,
Only to complain,
That you did it wrong,
And you go insane

They think they're always right,
Then you argue,
And you fight,
And they take everything away

They can ruin your life,
Which they don't give a second glance,
Then you screw up,
And lose a second chance
