Pain Lives In Eyes Poem by Satish Verma

Pain Lives In Eyes

Rating: 5.0

Can you tell me, where
the tunnel ends. The curve has
flattened. There was no light.

In pillars of wasteland.
Why did we reach there.
Death-kissing starts now.

The power of questions
will not mitigate your arrival.
Where will we drown?

The pain in heart needs to be attended. Mitigation doesn't help but yet bringing out feelings associated with pain will relieve the distress and hence help to see the same situation with a different perspective that helps. The point you raised is very good and need to be attended sir.

Where the tunnel ends this is definitely an amazing task to tell. Sometimes this eds soon and sometimes later. This poem is very brilliantly penned.
