Outside, Inside Poem by Rebecca Springsteen

Outside, Inside

Rating: 4.7

I look normal.
My mind screams.
I smile.
My heart tears.
I walk.
My legs numb.
I laugh.
My lungs ache.
I point.
My shoulder stings.
I jump.
My feet burn.
I blink.
My throat closes.
I breath.
My soul breaks.
