When? Poem by Rebecca Springsteen

When?

Rating: 5.0

I stop to think every once in awhile.
I wish I wouldn't.
You wonder why I don't have many friends.
Why, I block everyone out.
I can see it on your face.
You never hear my speak, yet you hear my mumble.
You watch me from a far, seeing if I'll even breath.
You try to knock to see if anyone is home.
Sorry, she moved a long time ago.
No one knows where.
She never comes outside any more.
Once in awhile you'll see her dog, running in the grass.
when was the last time anyone saw her face?

To have a friend, you have to open up and be friendly. “I stop to think every once in awhile. I wish I wouldn't.” Never stop thinking…that’s how this poem came about. HAVE YOUR BEST BLESS DAY EVER!

At times, we are so much depressed that we are totally withdrawn from outside world. But worst part of it is that nobody dares to penetrate that state of depression to negate its impact. So sad. It must have some outlet for release of built up mental pressure.
