Out Of Sync Poem by Dean Meredith

Out Of Sync

I'm way out of sync
Unable to think
Maybe it's the drink
There must be a link
It could be you
It should be you
I don't have a clue
Now that we're through
I'm way out of sync
Now that we're through
Now that we're through
Now that we're through
I'm here on the brink
All because of you
Book me in the clink
I might need a shrink
I might need two
But they're not you
No they're not you
I just don't know
Why you had to go
And leave me
I just don't know
It all seems so slow
Nothing moves me
No nothing moves me
Now it's all for show
There's no inner glow
To warm me
I wish it wasn't so
Confusing
I wish it wasn't so
Freaking amusing
To all of you
