Other Sides Poem by Tajudeen Shah

Other Sides

moon has a silver side
as sun has a golden,
man has good and evil
and earth conceives all.
birds wonder not, when fly,
animals pity not, when kill.
air boasts not, nor water,
as man when he rules.
wealth fades memory,
health adds oblivion,
youth triggers actions,
beauty adorns motions.
strides with determination
but, to unknown destination.
