One Man's Treasure Poem by Moonchild Diva

One Man's Treasure

Rating: 4.8

I sat on the pirate's headstone with a sandwich after a walk,
I heard his voice say he didn't mind as long as we could talk,
and he told me all about the days
when he was young and bold,
but as for where his treasure lies,
that he never told.
'Ah, that would be too easy, ' he said,
'I'll keep the place unknown,
for my treasure may be worthless to YOU,
find treasure of your own.'
