IT IS THE fullness
that shies you away from
eating, this drink which shoos
away thirst,
that thirst which made you
steal, that hunger that
made you ill-mannered,
thus, empty yourself from
this fullness,
spit it out, and then be
finally rested.
without sin.
without guilt.
