Of A Rhyme Now Forgotten Poem by Ahmad Shiddiqi

Of A Rhyme Now Forgotten

Of a rhyme now forgotten
The Eastern wind is always
Supporting our wishes
Leaving it to the light
The golden ripple
Is sigh from the Heaven
Let's sing once more!
Love's white silhouettes through

(dedicated to a great poet, Carolyn Kizer)
