Sitting on the beach
The tide comes in, pulling me farther from the shore.
Now I am lost in the vastness of your heart.
Singular footprints, Left on the shore.
The sand wears thin, cleansed by your everlasting kiss.
Introduced to the infinite longing found against your lips.
The depth of your heart.
The faith that I have in you, knowing that you won't lead me astray.
No longer afraid of sitting by my lonesome.
No longer trusting my eyes, being carried away by the tide of your heart.
I am completely helpless in the ocean of your heart.
Baptized by the ever changing current of your kiss
