you see
i know how to prune
a tree

how to mow
the lawn for the
grasses
have grown crowded
and tall

you see i can
lose some and win
some

i have always done
this
dropping people like
hot potatoes

i always think what is
the use of keeping
someone not looking
to the same direction
that i want


i know what is mine
and what i do not need
and what i cannot ever
love

i can change, and i can
sacrifice


losing you is my
growing up

nothing is wasted
nature is wise.....
