Nothing

Take me away,
From this hell,
I want you to hate me but you love me,
In this way I know I'm bleeding,
Bleeding inside,
Don't say you love me,
Cause I'm nothing at all,
Nothing is me,
Me is nothing,
I'm like a white dove without a home,
Sometimes I cry at night just to feel the pain,
Cause I feel nothing at all,
I'm like an angel with a broken wing,
Nowhere to go,
Cause the way I feel is tearing me up inside,
Sometimes I feel like there's a demon inside me tearing my heart apart,
Cause I'm alone and I'm nothing to anyone,
I need someone to love and hold me,
To loose something is to loose myself,
To love myself is to hate myself,
Cause in the end I guess I love you too,
But I'm still nothing but afraid.

The feelings in this poem are mixed. The speaker feels that he or she is nothing at all, but there is one who loves him or her, so then, why to continue with this hopeless feeling?

The real reason the speakers of the poem feels that way is not given, or at least is not seen in the poem to my reading of it.

This poem could be a better one if a few points in it were brought to a better agreement, but you gave it a good try.

keep of trying and make the effort for the best!

Poem of the Day

poet Percy Bysshe Shelley

O World! O Life! O Time!
On whose last steps I climb,
Trembling at that where I had stood before;
When will return the glory of your prime?
No more -Oh, never more!
