No Reason For Goodbye
Holding gods hand and looking down on you from above,
Even tho you can't see me I'm right here with you my love.
In the front row you wont see me for I'll walk by your side
My sweet baby girl is now a beautiful bride.
A tear in my eye as you smile and say i do,
I'm so happy for you cause I know this man loves you to.
As you walk out the church with the feeling of sweet bliss,
Thu the wind I blow you a one gentle kiss.
Keep your head held high my child i ask you not to cry,
For I will forever be in your heart there is no reason for good bye.

thanks for the poem note; it adds a lot to the poem experience for me. i hope you shared the poem and that your friend appreciated it. but, as i said in a previous comment, careful proof- reading could improve it for me. i enjoyed the rhyming!
