Newness Poem by Debra Miller

Newness

In quiet moments slumber sharing
passions part mid sacred stares.
Breathless whispers usher memories
silent 'pon the pillow's lair.
Wisps of hair lay softly fallen
gleaned in moonlit atmosphere.
Patterned breathing echoes softly
love's melodic dance drawn near.
Clothed in robes of midnight calmness
stars of fiery embers fashion,
heaven's endless galaxy.
Drifting on a cloud of newness
lost in love's sweet ecstasy.
