Nothing beats the excitement and expectation
Of the newborn! So much hope - so much happiness!
This is new life - the seeds of union; of love manifested
In the newborn, the loving pieces of a family,
A young, vulnerable human being has entered the world,
Baby is yet to be molded, loved and instilled with values
That will help baby in his or her future challenging world.

The cries of the newborn echoes the sound of grandfather's saw,
The cycle repeats itself endlessly, from time immemorial,
We are only visitors on this earth - we are only her guests.
