Never demand respect

Respect has never ended
if you have failed to add
feather in the cap
and this creates the gap
man gains an expertise
ifhe tends to surprise
everyone by giving respect
this reflects in his act
I read a series of articles written
by Mr. Dilip swain
this takes him nowhere
but lends in trouble here
the giant tree never demands respect
but responds with the generous act
provides shelter and offers fruits
this suits the human needs
a person should never arrogate
and relate
his educational qualifications
for the deterioration in relation
