Natures Direction. Poem by Nichole Kaci McKnight

Natures Direction.

I like to sit outside to view natures direction.
The things I see outside gives me reflection.
My mind soon wanders in a different direction.
The weather outside is like natures perfection.
The bumble bee landing makes me want to cry.
The bee hovers above the flowers and likes to fly.
The orange hydrangeas in the garden are blooming because of Spring.
The bumble bee buzzes around those hydrangeas ready to sting.
The words poets write are like poetic perfection.
Some poets write to give us hours of reflection.
Some poems about nature never skip a beat.
Life may be complicated, but it can be sweet.
My heart soon swells from the beauty of nature, can't you see.
I once saw a bear dance and it made me laugh like a banshee.
Suddenly, the blowing winds outside became somewhat shifty.
I'd advise all with great reflection, that natures direction can be nifty.
