Nature's Wish... Poem by Nate Orvis

Nature's Wish...

Rating: 5.0

Oh, sweet serene skies do not cry,
Oh, jeweled beaches send your waves,
Keep watching over us with a sharp eye,
Forgive them, yet merely slaves,

Smooth Sand, where have you gone?
Grassy plains, burnt solemnly black,
Living in loss, dusk till dawn,
Where has our love gone, we so seemingly lack?

Oh, sweet serene skies, let your tears fall,
Oh, jeweled beaches, roar with Poseiden's power,
Don't forget your place, it's truely small,
Devistation to humanity, now falling like a tower
