Nationalization Of Hearts
Look, oh leaders, heads of the government
You have nationalized banks and foreign trade.
By controlling subjects you nationalized arts,
But be sure, you can not nationalize their hearts.
Oh selfish head of the state like in human body
You take in the food & digest it for yourself.
You teach us to adulate national heros of the past,
But fail to inspire any body to become of that sort.
Look oh leaders, our constitutional heads
Look at histories, different and of ages.
Be sure the only thing required for progress
Of a nation is patriotism in it's subjects' mind.
But when the essence of this point is overlooked
The country becomes den of idle and uncivilized.
