My Teachers Poem by Durga Patva

There are some instructors on this earth
Given to us to God as our parents but benevolent
And they know what is, for us full of mirth
Have main contribution of their pupils' development.

Prevent us to do wrong, cordially teach to do right
Power of wisdom is real might, gained by their kindness
Only can be acknowledged by the countness of celestial light
Be full of lore also have the power of forgiveness.

Their precepts always guide us to make bright our future
They are the gems of the world, which shines due to their blessings
By that we get the might to be familiar, all people's nature
As sun gives light to those, living in the dark covering.


They polish, like gold's shine, the personality of their pupil
With all respect here is a dedication to all Teachers- venerable.
