My Soul Sink But I Laugh Poem by Iron Man

My Soul Sink But I Laugh

Rating: 5.0

whirlwinds whip a whirlpool in the ocean
where my soul lives

From a violent tempest blows the waves
that crash over my soul over and over

Down down deeper,
The divine hand
i wish for to deliver from drowning

Drop into whirlpool of my destiny
for her hand i wish to liberate

Freezing waters i fight for one last breath.
The frozen waters has hold on my soul
i fight the cold hand of death
for i won't go out like this

I fight from the dark abyss
to the top for the last breath to look at the
sky and see out line of a ship
in the stars

Buts its to late for my freezing tomb awaits
the last breath i breathe before i fall back into my
black abyss for the waves beckon for me back

How ironic the last thing i saw
was iron underside of her ship
passing over me and i hearing
her calling my name out
sinking to the bottom i laugh
so close yet so far away

Such is love...making you smile hearing the lover's voice even while sinking in death-abyss breathing last...impressive and interesting poem
