My Red, Red Roses
So beautiful and so fragrant
I'm so proud of them, you see
I've had them for a few years
They are all I want them to be.
I care for them the best I can
It is up to them to do the rest
My red, red roses are truly
Some of the very best!
We are fortunate and blessed to have lovely roses and other flowers around us. Thanks, Marilyn. So beautiful and so fragrant I'm so proud of them

Wow! They certainly are beautiful! The Red Rose is special to those of us who live in Lancashire as it's the symbol of our County going back to the War of the Roses. The poem's good too. You have a fine sense of rhythm and a clear unpretentious style which I like very much. Tom Billsborough
