My Real Parents Poem by Sami Woodall

My Real Parents

Why would you give me up?
What had I done to you?
I was just a small child,
what's your excuse?

Was it because of your fighting,
or do you just hate me?
I still don't see how you could give a child up,
why even have me?

You have no idea what I've been through,
all the S*** that's happened to me...
but you don't even care...
just as long as your happy...

Am I wrong,
if so... just tell me...
you should've kept me though,
to see the supergirl I could be.

You never gave me the time of day,
not even one chance...
how could you live with yourself...
I'd already be dead.

I will never understand...
you could've told my sister,
but no...
instead your all like 'just forget her.'

You never told anyone,
that's what hurts the most,
you have no idea the feeling,
of being all alone...
