My Baby Girl Poem by Sami Woodall

My Baby Girl

I want this baby,
oh so deeply,
but how can I take care of her,
how can I keep it?

I can barley take care of myself,
let alone a baby,
maybe Justin will help,
maybe...just maybe...

Sandy says adoption,
I say 'NO! '
how can she expect me,
to let my child go?

She's gonna know her mother,
unlike me,
and I'm gonna make sure,
she knows her aunt Chelsea.

She's gonna have a family,
of at least her mother,
she is my baby girl,
no one other.
