She was my only reason to live
My only love that I would ever have
With every beat of the heart
I longed for her presence
She walked past me as always
Leaving me intoxicated by her scent
It was the fragrance of my love
I always believed with all my heart
With every step she took past me
I felt her move towards me
Strange was the feeling
As she moved away from me
Felt as if the world moved by
Trying to take her away from me
Arrogant, blinded by your love,
I waged war against the world
Carving my path in a sea of billions
Protected by the shield of our love
Butchering every soul in my way
Marching towards you in the glory of love
Lowering my guard I stood infront of you
Crushed under a billion feet, humiliated
Groveling in the lowly dust of disgrace
I fall at your feet, ending my quest
Only to watch you turn and walk away
Spit in my face, raped of my feelings
Hold on my love the quest isn’t over yet
Turn back and look into my eyes
Marvel at your masterpiece of shame
Before I am humbled and lost forever
Read my lips for a last time sweetheart
They still say i love you my love
Don’t regret for me in your wilderness
Understand my heart for once, it says thank you!
