My Mind



alone and secluded
left to my thoughts
i sit here and brood
my mind is caught

trapped with nowhere to go
I'm a bit scared
of what i don't know
or if my judgements impaired

but yet i cant stop
so i continue to go
letting my thoughts hop
to and fro
