My Love Churns As Wheels On A Train

Rating: 5.0

I dig with a tablespoon though the sand dunes of life
as the moon looks on me and laughs
(soon soon the moon cries out a reply)

Over and over, the train wheels turn
hotter and hotter, smokestack churns
Reminds my fever burn because I'm
afraid to exhale in fear of the pain
For moon eclipse my destitution.

My mind thoughts are no more than straws in the wind,
but my wishes falls silent on stars sweet ears.
As the eyes of diamonds cries with tears of pearls,
sprinkle the darkness with the words.
-I love you-

The imagery in this one is strong and very potent Randy - - the first line hits with the 'digging with a tablespoon through the sands of life' - an excellent love poem and deserves more than the ten I can give it..... from Fay...
