Mine deep into my heart

digging for footprints

to fertile feelings and piety.

evoking, exiling anger to anxiety,

dismissing stimulated suppression,

aimless aggression through

alleviated conditioned,

volcanic vanity and vexation.

a path turbulent sustained

distortion and emotional upheavals,

to reduce the inner conflict of

mind games and human sacrifice.

the gateway to wellness and

happiness and freedom in mind and body,

free of fear to change an identity.
