My Heart Poem by Anderson Green

My Heart

Rating: 4.0

The Clocks Ticks, ticks
It never moved.

My Heart bumps, bumps
with no sound.

Bells chime, ring ding
but people move.

My heart thumps, thump
with no sound.

My coffin creeks, creaking shut
it is stationary.

I hit the coffin, thud thud
never budged.

My heart throbs, throb
with no sound.

I screamed & screamed
no one heard.

My heart rums, rum
no air, too dark to see.
less and less air to breathe.

My heart tums, tums
with no sound.

The clock ticks, ticks
It moved!

My heart stops
I never made a sound.

TICK, TICK
TICK, TICK
TICK, TOCK.
