My head still hurts
The medicine didn't help
And even in a room full of people
I feel as if I'm by myself

No one knows my struggles
No one knows my pain
No one quite knows beyond the smiles what's really running around inside my brain

I guess there's still people who manage to get in

I'm tired of feeling so broken

I'd really like to keep it that way
As long as I hide from it all
Nobody can hurt me nobody will see a tear fall
