My Greenest Lemons....
MY GREENEST LEMONS
Upon hearing the name,
my heart shrinks
this fruit has brought me no fame
but it has overflooded my cup to the brink
I had been waiting till it sinks
it did not and no one helps me today
it stays with me, since it has no wings
no other option than to keep it that way
oops, I and this nasty fruit all the way
alone in this group on my way
but Eureka! I met the sugar bowl
instantly I started pouring down the sugar as a whole
ah, the mesmerizing verdict
now I have become a true addict
of the lemon, I rejected all the time
oh what a shame, now it's mine sublime
the greenest lemon ever since
Ow! Shamelessly, my unfaithful, I shout
crawled from the inside to out….!
