My Friend'
A laughter, a smile,
A soft tap on my shoulder,
And a big bright face.
An ever ready and never tiring wall on my back,
A sweet desert after a hot fight,
And the most beautiful shoulder to hug,
To cry on and rest my arms.
The soft eraser erasing my faults,
The sweet smell of a delicious perfume,
And the blissful chattering of birds,
Whispering soothing words to me.
A hanker chief to wipe my tears,
A cotton to absorb my muddy words,
An umbrella to protect me,
And a person to trust upon.
My friend,
A fish in the entire ocean of sharks,
An apple among all the lemons,
And a cup of warm coffee amidst the juices.
A truth to every lie,
A mirror to every fault,
A life among the soulless'
Because that be my friend.
