My Devil Poem by Lama Mando

My Devil

Something keeps buzzing in my head
Trying hard to knock me dead
Luscious words are his rutheless tools
To draw me into a realm of fools
Who take up their quills and write
Some pieces, supposedly sprung from the heart
I strive to escape his besieging temptation
But I dive without the least hesitation
They say he is a devine entity
yet I wish I could face his activity
I dont fancy being in a community
whose members assume devinity
My sole desire is to speak and sing
I am a queen of a dethroned king

I like especially the last phrase 'Queen of a dethroned king'...it conveys the struggle of womanhood as a woman and has lotof stories to tell in brevity of words here free flowing and with suh beautiful metaphors..and then realm of fools who would take up quills and write..reallymakes it extraordinary.
