My Brothers


In the field they are soldiers
All they do is grow older.
Some are white some are black
Some are tan but all have your back.
All came from different mothers
And yet they are all my brothers.

I had to write a poem in five minutes in my Language Arts class the other day and i came up with this. Not my best but for only five minutes to write it I'm impressed with how it came out.
